The service is excellent and professional. The staff are friendly and caring. All staff are experts in the duties they perform.

I like their home care services. It’s always nice to see their happy faces each day when they arrive.

I'm writing to express thanks for all the care and initiative shown by the Amana Living carers who provide such great help for my Mum and Dad on a daily basis, and make a big difference in keeping them generally well and happy in their family home. This isn't always easy, particularly when it involves something new for Mum and Dad, but is very much appreciated. As are the suggestions and advice the carers have provided to help meet Mum's and Dad's evolving home and self care needs. We value any advice you and your carers can provide, and hope they'll feel encouraged to keep doing this. P.S. Many thanks also to you Nezha, for all your help and advice.

I would like to bring to your attention Sharon N, my mums cleaner. She comes on Monday afternoons. Both my parents really like her and she reciprocates in the way that goes above and beyond her duties. She converses with them making sure they are both alright, she is caring - listens to my mum when she rambles on. Gets things done in a timely manner to a high standard and is just lovely. Amana Living is very lucky to have Sharon in their employ.

I’m delighted with the way Antigone, Jessica and Mendi carry out their duties; all three are attentive to detail while at the same time very caring. Whenever they arrive, they bring a positive and cheerful attitude which always gives me a boost to my day, no matter how I may be feeling at the time. I really feel that they deserve recognition for their efforts and thank you for everything you have all done.

Leonie is a lovely lady who thoroughly explained the processes to me. Generally it is not easy for me to take all the information over the phone but she made it happen yesterday. Thank you.

Thank you for the support and kindness you gave to Mum. Without your skill and expertise Mum could not have stayed at home for as long as she did. You were always ahead of the game with your advice on how best to care for Mum. It was heart wrenching that she had to leave the family home after 51 years, but she is now in a good and safe place.

Switching to Amana Living as my provider is the best decision I have ever made. Louisa and Jenny are so helpful and wonderful. I couldn’t survive without you.

Further to Jackie's reply, I would also like to take the opportunity to thank you for all your professional guidance with helping us achieve this wonderful support package that has been put into place to keep our Dad independent. I cannot praise Vimala enough too. Although my Dad may not acknowledge it, we most certainly do. I wish you the very best for the future. It has been a pleasure.
